Sunrise Park Hotel Bansko - Free Wellness

We stayed at Sunrise Park Complex - Free Wellness Aparthotel and had a great experience. the apartments were spacious and perfect for our small family. the swimming pool had warm water, which was a nice treat. the ski shuttle was reliable and always on time. We enjoyed the view from our apartment of the inner yard. the staff, especially the receptionist of foreign origin, were incredibly kind and helpful. the breakfast offered a good selection of food with plenty of delicious pancakes.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, with fantastic views of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa facilities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the aroma massage, it was so relaxing! The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services.

The guestrooms at Sunrise Park & Spa Complex were absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable with the separate sitting areas and the 24-hour room service was a definite plus. The free WiFi worked like a charm and the minibar had everything I needed. it was a cozy and convenient stay, perfect for a tourist like me.

Personally, I found the sofa bed in the room to be a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Great Value for your money & Amazing spa I recently stayed in a hotel for a city break and it was amazing. the hotel was a great value for my money and had a superb spa! the location of the hotel was also perfect, situated near all the major attractions. the staff were so hospitable which made my stay very enjoyable. I especially appreciated the free breakfast which had a variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay for a reasonable price.

the WiFi would work fine for some hours then go terribly slow for the rest of the day which was really frustrating.

The hotel I stayed in during my city trip was amazing! The rooms were really clean and cozy, plus they had free Wi-Fi in all rooms. The hotel was located in a central area, making it easy to walk to all the places I wanted to visit. The staff was fantastic and very helpful with anything I needed.

The only negative thing I would say about this hotel was that the breakfast was a bit limited, there weren't many options to choose from. , the spa was really small and got quite crowded most of the time.

The location is very convenient as it's only a short walk to the main ski lift and the shopping street. the rooms are quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and lovely views of the mountains from some of them. the breakfast is varied and tasty, with lots of options to choose from.

There seems to be a lack of attention to detail when it comes to some aspects of the hotel.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel with friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and clean rooms. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the gondola, and they also offer a free shuttle service. The spa facilities provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of skiing.
